This version was made in anticipation of L. Neil Smith's campaign for U.S. President, but it also stands without the election connection at the bottom. The "Bill of Rights" scroll is the same 3DStudio MAX object used in the Bill of Rights Enforcement Logo. The snake was painted in Photoshop.
